Product overview: the essentials.
What matters, what to check, and where to go from here.

An app, optional hardware and educational resources
The ONU experience combines an app for connected information, an optional screen-free Bracelet, and resources explaining health measurements. Decide which part solves your problem before buying anything. Organizing existing data is different from ordering a laboratory test or consulting a clinician; those activities have separate requirements and responsibilities.
- 02
Which information belongs in the picture
Wearable estimates are most useful with their date, source and measurement conditions. Laboratory results need the original units, reference intervals and report. Personal notes explain circumstances that a device cannot see. Combining them can make your history easier to navigate, but does not turn unrelated estimates into a clinical assessment.

How to evaluate whether ONU fits
Check your supported device, phone requirements, available features and subscription terms in the app. Then consider whether you want cross-source organization, a screen-free wearable, or a specific care service. If your priority is live workout navigation, calling from your wrist or a diagnostic test, compare tools designed for that task.

Choose a starting point
Use Getting Started for app setup, Integrations for connection questions, Bracelet Specs for hardware limitations, and Pricing for billing decisions. Health guides help you interpret terminology. For symptoms, medication changes or a concerning result, bring the original information to an appropriate healthcare professional.
