The ONU Score: the essentials.
What matters, what to check, and where to go from here.

What a wellness score can tell you
A combined score is a summary of selected inputs, not a measurement of your entire health. It can make a change easier to notice, but the underlying readings and your circumstances matter more than the headline number. The demo score shown here is an example and is not calculated from your account.
- 02
Read the components before the total
Check which sleep, activity or recovery information is available, when it was collected and whether there are gaps. An incomplete night or missing connection can affect the picture. Two apps may produce different scores from similar information because their inputs and methods differ; the totals are not interchangeable.
- 03
When the score and your experience disagree
Feeling unwell despite a reassuring score is a reason to consider symptoms, not dismiss them. An unexpectedly low score without symptoms may reflect an unusual routine or measurement issue. Compare the component readings with your usual pattern and keep any important observation separate from the app’s interpretation.
- 04
What the score should not decide
Do not use a wellness score to diagnose illness, choose prescription doses, determine that exercise is safe during concerning symptoms, or decide whether urgent care is needed. For product questions, request the current explanation of how your app version uses inputs. For medical questions, use a qualified clinician.
